Kitties!

Now that my computer woes are (hopefully) behind me, I can post some of the better shots of the kitties that have accumulated on my camera in the last while.

Rook, looking dapper in his new haircut. Note the perfectly healed ear. None the worse for wear and looking good!

See? The ear is just fine!

It's been a hot summer. This has been Rook's standard pose for most of it.

See?

Enough with the flash!

Same pose, different flat surface.

Like I said...

Flat surface, lap, whatever.

What?

A rare moment of sibling tranquility.

These last three require some explanation.

They're taken from the porch on the back of the house, which is where the infamous mole probably came from. Since the mole incident, both cats have been pretty insistent about getting onto the back porch (which they aren't allowed on) to do more hunting. Bishop is particularly adamant.

These days, she's more Tarzan than cat.

Great pictures, GB! Aren't those moments of tranquility between siblings great? Just like the calm before the storm/Nascar.

Rook reminds me of Katie-this dramatic yet lethargic pose on every flat surface that can be found. One arm always sticking out. But the trauma of a haircut could be causing this too.

Kitties always want to go where they can't...there are no closed doors in my house, except the front door, and the door out to the balcony, and they display their displeasure re. those doors daily, if not hourly. This includes cabinet doors. Something new could be in the cabinet over the 'fridge since yesterday. Mommy can't even reach that cabinet-doubt there's anything new in there. Only time I do know what's up there is when one of them manages to get it open with their little paw.

Has Bishop shredded your curtain yet....?

That curtain is the only one left in the kitchen....
