I swore to myself that I wouldn't fall back into the habit of just posting videos when I decided to make my return to blogging, but wouldn't you know it...
In my internet travels this evening I ran across this and it demanded sharing.
For those of us who love animation, Heavy Metal stands as one of those great moments in cinema when our passion found its way to the big screen and didn't disappoint. This Star Wars short, hand drawn in an anime style by a gentleman called OTAKING77077 who did it over four years of weekends, apparently, brings that Heavy Metal feel to the universe of TIE Fighters and X-Wings.
VERY cool! I recommend full screening this one!
