He did a lot of film but folks like me know him best for Batman Forever and Batman and Robin.
Schumacher took a lot of heat for how crappy the Batman and Robin film turned out but I give him a bit of a pass. It was the 90s and neon was a thing. Besides, nobody and I mean NOBODY has topped how good George Clooney looked in the first Batman outfit we see him in. The other outfit he wears later was awful but that first, all black, sleekly cowled look is still the best EVER.
Having given us this brief glimpse of the nearly perfect Batman look, I can forgive a LOT.
