So That's Weird

I got an email from the good folks at Blogger tonight.

It turns out that my "audiocast" blog has been suspended for "spam".

What's stranger than the fact that I don't spam anybody is that I haven't posted or looked at that blog in well over a decade.  I honestly have no idea what the last thing I posted was.

The only thing I can think is that there are spam comments there that somehow triggered the ban.  Trouble is that once they suspend a blog, I can't even look at the posts or comments.  I've put in an appeal, more from curiosity than concern.  

It is slightly concerning that a blog can be locked out like that without warning or explanation.  I may have to think about back up options, although so few people visit anymore that I wonder if the effort would be worth the trouble.  I shall ponder that.

If anyone has visited the audiocast blog site recently (I don't even link to it anymore here on the blog, so you'd have to really hunt around the Google to even find the damned thing) I'd love to hear from you!
