While it's bound to be subdued around here, thanks to me bein' all old and curmudgeon-ee, it's Canada Day and that needs to be noted.
I'm proud to be Canadian. I worry that there's a divide growing in our country that is similar to what we've seen growing south of the border for the last few years, but I remain optimistic that we are more alike than different and can still find that oh, so Canadian middle ground on most things. I figure that if all else fails we can pass around a nice, big, legal spliff and find our collective chill.
I hope that wherever you are, you can be at least a little Canadian today. It's a beauty way to go...
