Speaking Of Superman Movies...

Superman and Lois Season 3 is set to drop in mid March and seems to be one of the few stable live action properties on the DC roster at the moment.

There are rumours that Aquaman 2 is not doing well with test audiences and the projected numbers for Shazam 2 on its opening weekend are not great.  We will just assume that the CW's Gotham Knights is a one season or less show.  The Flash seems to have a lot of positive spin going for it but I still hate the lead actor in the role and that has nothing to do with Ezra Miller's recent ugly history.

That leaves Superman and Lois, the upcoming Blue Beetle movie and the currently in production Joker sequel in the category of DC live action properties in overall good shape.  That's not exactly the level of excellence that I hope to see from DC so here's hoping that this is the bounce point and that things start moving up from here.

To that end, we need DC to start upping its game, even the basics like movie posters and logos.

I get "Troubled Hero Movie" vibes here.

This is probably the best poster from a DC property that I've seen.  Clean, great images, perfect composition, not doing the orange/blue that Marvel and Star Wars ALWAYS do and juuust red shifted enough to imply menace and still leave other colours on the page.  Gold star and a raise to whoever put this together.

Teenage me puts this on his wall.  Now me is looking for it in a frame...
