Anybody Out There On Threads?

I tried Twitter and just couldn't stick with it.  

I'm still convinced that my treatment of the Calvin Ellis version of Superman is a winner and would love to get James Gunn's attention, even if it resulted in a firm "No".

He's on Threads and I figure there's a LOT better shot there than Twitter to catch his attention since the replys tend to number in the hundreds, not the thousands. I just can't do TWO  (Instagram account required to get a Threads account) social media sign ups, though.  It's too "not me".

In my script, Ellis is a child of the Depression who grows up a fan of Jesse Owens and learns he's faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive and able to leap tall buildings at a single bound...and yet his adopted homeland still sees him as an inferior.

He makes his debut on April 18, 1938 (that's the street date for Action Comics #1) and in his first adventure he fights Per Degaton and her henchman, Captain Nazi.

He has to come to grips with the need to fight for a greater good in a world where he isn't welcome.

It's an Elseworlds story, not necessarily meant to be set within his DCU.   

Help me get this in front of the eyes of the one guy who could turn this into reality.  

If you can do what I couldn't and can get his attention, I'll write you into the movie as a character, by name.  Promise!
