It would seem that Benedict Cumberbatch isn't satisfied just playing the hero on film.
The star of Sherlock and Doctor Strange apparently had the moral and intestinal fortitude to come to the rescue of a bicycle delivery man in London the other night when the poor guy was mugged by not one, not two, not three but FOUR men who hit him over the head with a bottle and then tried to steal his bicycle.
Seriously scummy. If a dude makes his living delivering food on a bicycle, it's a pretty safe bet that losing his bike would be a financial backbreaker.
So, along comes Cumberbatch in the Batchmobile...er...Uber, with his wife. Somehow he ends up hopping out and basically pulling four guys off the victim.
Around the corner from Baker Street. You can't make this shit up.
