More of This Please...

While it's not exactly news or even really important, I noticed that the brief appearance of Supergirls's anti-kryptonite suit (also called the Eradicator Armor) had a startlingly familiar look.

This season added Brainiac 5, a once and future member of the Legion of Super-Heroes (please, please, please someone give us this show SOON!) and lo and behold the design of this suit looks an AWFUL lot like a female version of the suit worn by my favourite Legionnaire of all time, Wildfire.

 

What does this mean?  Probably absolutely nothing but I'm hoping against hope that we are about to be treated to a new origin for the character, one in the 21st rather than 31st Century.  I know I could write one for them like in a day.

Hell, I'll save them the rebuild and genderbend Wildfire into a lady version.  Easy.
